About Us
Welcome to Honeysuckle Way.
We are a small, dedicated team of experienced designers and trusted freelancers who love to collaborate, dream, and create floral works of art. Our approach is deeply personal—rooted in listening closely, guiding thoughtfully, and crafting designs that feel both beautiful and intentional.
Each bloom is selected with consideration not only of its placement and contribution to the atmosphere of your day, but also its impact on the environment and local economy. During warmer months, many of our flowers are harvested from our own gardens and nearby farms. At other times, and for select specialty blooms, we thoughtfully source from trusted growers farther afield to ensure the highest quality.
Sustainability is woven into everything we do. We compost all organic waste back into our gardens and prioritize reusing or recycling materials whenever possible. We avoid non-organic pesticides and never use floral foam, which contains toxic, non-biodegradable plastics. Designing without foam also encourages a more natural, refined approach—one that feels organic, artful, and true to nature.
When you work with Honeysuckle Way, you’re choosing florals designed with care, integrity, and intention—supporting local businesses, a healthy environment, and an experience centered entirely around you and your celebration.
We proudly celebrate couples of all backgrounds, identities, and love stories. Every client is welcomed with respect, care, and genuine enthusiasm.
Meet our team.

I love flowers as much as a challenging hike or Maine island bike ride. From growing up on a quiet New Jersey street, called Honeysuckle Way, I first moved to Maine to lead trail-building crews. It was while hiking through picturesque wilderness that I fell in love with Maine’s wild beauty and enchanting atmosphere.
This path led me to farming at Broadturn Farm in Scarborough, ME, where I discovered a passion for flowers. Farming and floral design became my ideal blend of creativity with the natural world. In 2014, Honeysuckle Way was born when friends generously offered me use of their land to start a small flower farm, which I named for my childhood street and grew flowers for farmers’ markets, CSA shares, and weddings.
Over time, my focus naturally evolved toward wedding design. With the farming expertise of my husband, Jon, we continue to grow flowers to supplement our arrangements, while devoting most of our energy to creating custom, artful wedding designs.
From farming to floral design, our mission remains the same: to create beauty rooted in nature and the changing seasons, with reliance on local product and sustainable practices.

I first fell in love with flowers in my grandmother’s garden. She would tell me their names, and sometimes their stories, and let me pluck my favorites to put in tea cups for tiny bouquets all over the house. I ended up going to school for fashion, at the Savannah College of Art & Design, where I learned to use color, textures, and shapes as a form of visual communication.
However, instead of jumping into a fashion career, I began gravitating back toward flowers. For the next 3 years, I worked all over the East Coast, until I ended up at Honeysuckle Way, where I can use my design skills in a way that feels gentle and natural, and lets me bring joy, peace, and a little extra love to people’s special moments.
Outside of flowers, you can find me floating on a tube in a lake, somewhere in Maine.
